About the Role Cook Out is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support restaurant locations across the region. This boots-on-the-ground role focuses on keeping facilities safe, clean, and well-maintained while you travel between sites 50-75% of the time. You’ll oversee multiple locations to ensure a high-quality environment for staff and customers. What You'll Do
- Proactively inspect grounds, plumbing, electrical fixtures, and kitchen equipment for preventative maintenance.
- Satisfy all work orders from the corporate office in a timely manner, including plumbing, painting, tile work, and carpentry.
- Identify and make on-site repairs, even if they aren’t on your initial dispatch sheet.
- Build relationships and maintain professional, positive communication with restaurant employees, managers, and corporate staff. What We're Looking For
- Technical skillset: proven experience in plumbing, painting, tile work, and carpentry.
- Restaurant experience: background in restaurant equipment repair strongly preferred.
- Communication: ability to read/interpret safety manuals and work orders; strong verbal communication skills.
- Reliability: clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check.
- Critical thinking: ability to solve practical problems efficiently in a variety of situations. Compensation & Benefits
