Maintenance Technician

About the Role CNH Industrial is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join the production area. The role focuses on setting up, monitoring, and repairing machines to ensure efficient operations, with additional responsibilities in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and support for installation of new equipment. Welding is a key component of the role (approximately 25%), and the position may involve facility maintenance depending on location. What You'll Do

• Set up, monitor, and repair machines in the production area to ensure efficient operation of the business.
• Perform troubleshooting and repair on machines; design or modify equipment, jogs, fixtures, and tooling.
• Perform preventive maintenance on machines and maintain records; assist with installation of new machines and equipment.
• Maintain documentation on machines and equipment; order parts through internal procedures or external sources.
• May operate machines as needed; may train team members on operation of machines.
• Perform 25% welding; depending on location, provide assistance with facility maintenance.
• Demonstrate support for company culture in daily actions; may be called upon to perform comparable duties of a similar or related nature and/or assist in other areas as needed.
• Support learning, continuous improvement, and the quality management system in accordance with ISO standards. What We're Looking For
• Minimum of an Associate’s Degree in a field related to the position is preferred; 2+ years’ experience in a related position, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read schematics and interpret equipment manuals.
• Strong electrical and/or mechanical skills; ability to use various hand tools and test equipment.
• Proficiency with a computer; knowledge of AutoCAD is preferred.
• Team player who is self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision; able to work at a fast pace with team members and leadership staff.
• Welding knowledge. Nice to Have

• Additional welding knowledge or certifications Compensation & Benefits
• The annual compensation is USD $18.75 - $28.37 per hour, plus any applicable bonus (actual salaries will vary based on skill, experience, and qualifications).
