About the Role CNH Industrial is seeking a Maintenance Technician to diagnose, plan, and complete maintenance tasks across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in our manufacturing environment. The role involves hands-on repair, troubleshooting, welding, and routine installations, with an emphasis on safety, 5S standards, and collaborative problem solving. What You'll Do
- Diagnose, plan, lay out, and complete assignments independently with strong problem-solving skills
- Operate fork trucks, scissor lifts, and articulating lifts
- Read schematic diagrams, interpret blueprints, and understand service manuals
- Apply knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronics, plumbing, plant air systems, hydraulics, rigging, and motor control systems
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including troubleshooting, replacement, and new equipment installations
- Maintain strong welding skills (certified welder preferred), pipe fitting, and plumbing skills
- Maintain necessary records, revise electrical prints, and update records using an Access database (good computer skills)
- Follow safety rules and regulations, environmental codes, be a team player, and work in all environments (inside and outside)
- Maintain 5S standards and participate in training classes, seminars, or service schools What We're Looking For
- 1 year of manufacturing experience with relevant maintenance experience
- Mechanical Tech degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Technical degree or certification (preferred)
- 2-4 years of direct maintenance experience (preferred) Nice to Have
- Additional technical certifications or degrees related to maintenance and electrics
- Experience with manufacturing environments and equipment installations Compensation & Benefits
- Starting rate is based on experience, $28.51/hour
