About the Role Join Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, as a Maintenance Technician responsible for hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems in a regulated laboratory, office, and manufacturing environment. You will work with a team and report to the Facilities Manager as part of the Facilities and Production Equipment team to keep operations running smoothly. What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility MEP systems, including electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, boilers, compressors, pumps, and utility systems, within a laboratory facility environment.
- Perform routine inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs. Document all work activities in the CMMS.
- Respond to equipment alarms, breakdowns, and facility emergencies to restore safe operation. What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a facilities or skilled trades maintenance technician in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
- Working knowledge in at least two of the following: electrical systems, HVAC-R, plumbing/pipefitting, boilers/steam systems, wastewater systems, pumps, controls, or RODI/WFI. Nice to Have
- BMS experience, preferably Metasys.
- Laboratory facility experience.
- CMMS experience, preferably Infor EAM. Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly salary range: $32-$35.
