About the Role Cleveland State University seeks Maintenance Technicians 1 and 2 to support campus facilities. The two roles cover routine and complex maintenance of building systems (MEP), inspections, safety, and coordination with vendors. Designation (Maintenance Tech 1 or 2) will be based on experience level.
What You'll Do
- Maintenance Tech 1: Performs routine and scheduled preventative maintenance of building systems and equipment. Assists in routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) building systems and equipment. Works individually and in teams with other trades employees, outside vendors and CSU employees. Maintains and communicates accurate records of maintenance activities and parts inventory. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
