Job title: Maintenance Tech
About the Role The Maintenance Tech will troubleshoot, repair, install, modify and maintain mechanical equipment and systems at Linde's Manchester, CT site. You will also support safety initiatives, ensure equipment documentation is complete and up-to-date, and perform preventive maintenance on plant systems.
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, install, modify, and maintain mechanical equipment and systems
- Support and participate in safety initiatives and policies aligned with business needs
- Ensure equipment documentation is complete and properly processed; maintain and update control documents
- Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and plant systems
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or GED required
- 5+ years industrial maintenance experience
- Experience reading electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
- Basic computer skills in EAM and Microsoft Outlook
