About the Role The Beachmere Inn in Ogunquit, Maine is looking for a hands-on Maintenance Team Member for year-round, full-time employment. The role involves responding to maintenance requests, supporting front desk needs, and assisting with daily property upkeep and small renovation tasks. What You'll Do
- Answer room maintenance calls and assist guests
- Help with setup and breakdown of function spaces
- Procure items for guest requests and deliver linen supplies
- Perform painting, snow removal, trash and recyclables disposal, and other maintenance projects
- Work solo at times in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Weekends and holidays required; duties vary seasonally and in winter renovations What We're Looking For
- Basic experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting (preferred)
- Self-directed, guest-service oriented, able to lift and perform physical tasks
- Comfortable working with the public and on-site property tasks
- Willingness to learn and pitch in wherever needed; able to adapt to changing duties Nice to Have
