Job title: Maintenance Team Coordinator
About the Role The LEGO Group is seeking a Maintenance Team Coordinator for the Processing area on the purple shift. You will work in direct contact with maintenance mechanics and directly influence the results, efficiency and culture of the entire maintenance team.
What You'll Do
- Daily coordination of the maintenance team within the specific shift
- Regular performance evaluation, providing feedback and managing the development of mechanics
- Maintaining records on the status of machines, their maintenance and repairs
- Active involvement in current projects and production issues
- Active collaboration with production supervisors
- Maintaining and developing the company culture and values on the shift
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of maintenance systems
- Experience with repairs and maintenance of production equipment
- Electrical engineering education
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Positive attitude and ability to adapt to changes
- Not afraid of complex technical problems
- Willingness to develop others, follow processes and ensure safety
- Good communication skills
