About the Role The LEGO System A/S Maintenance Team Coordinator will lead maintenance activities in a highly automated warehouse to ensure equipment performance, safety, and operational efficiency. This role coordinates preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, collaborates with cross‑functional teams, and drives continuous improvement. It also supports technician development and serves as a key point of contact for equipment reliability.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the maintenance team to ensure LEGO warehouse equipment is maintained in optimal condition to support safe, efficient operations and product quality.
  • Execute and support preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
  • Adjust and optimize equipment settings and parameters (machinery, sensors, etc.).
  • Identify, replace, and manage spare parts based on wear, performance, and operational needs.
  • Support installation and configuration of new equipment within the facility.
  • Serve as a liaison with external vendors and suppliers to troubleshoot and resolve critical equipment issues.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and processes.
  • Support technician development by ensuring required skills are met and maintaining the skills matrix.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams to coordinate planned downtime and respond to equipment failures.
  • Follow all applicable safety, environmental, and quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHS standards).

What We're Looking For

  • Experience leading maintenance teams and coordinating maintenance in automated warehouse environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; ability to perform root cause analysis.
  • Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices.
  • Ability to adjust equipment settings and manage spare parts inventory.
  • Experience working with vendors and external suppliers; strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Awareness of safety and quality standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting pay rate: $39.75/hour, paid weekly.
  • Shift differential: 10% for night shift.
  • Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 shift pattern (day and night shifts).
