How You'll Make an Impact
Provide visible leadership and engagement in Health, Safety, Environmental, and Security (HSES) programs and initiatives. Lead the site's maintenance work execution process to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Lubrizol standards. Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for performance, engagement, and continuous improvement through the Lubrizol performance management process. Direct and support the Work Process Leader, Craft Resource Leader, and their respective teams to achieve site maintenance objectives. Oversee the safe and effective operation of Central Stores, including receiving, inventory management, cycle counting, kitting, and material distribution activities.
