About the Role Live Nation's Cleaning/Maintenance Services Manager oversees all cleaning functions across the venue to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming guest experience. This role focuses on maintaining high standards of facility upkeep, safety compliance, and timely response to maintenance needs before events and day-to-day operations.
What You'll Do
- Conducts pre-event inspections of all venue areas prior to opening to ensure cleanliness.
- Ensures and coordinates repair or replacement of used damaged equipment.
- Purchases, re-orders, and maintains adequate supplies and inventory of cleaning and maintenance products.
- Performs other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager.

- Knowledge & skills in carpentry, electrical, mechanical and plumbing repairs.
- Knowledge & skills in landscaping.
- Attention to detail, quality and accuracy.
- Participates in general cleaning, painting, and repair work.
- Uses hand tools & power tools in making maintenance repairs.
- Strong relationship building and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs+ and occasional sitting.
