- Improve Equipment Reliability: Establish and execute maintenance work plans that improve equipment reliability while reducing waste and unnecessary costs through LEAN principles.
- Lead and Develop the Team: Direct, train, coach, and develop maintenance technicians to strengthen capabilities and achieve performance goals.
- Solve Technical Challenges: Coordinate the resolution of mechanical and electrical issues to minimize disruptions and support plant operations.
- Advance Continuous Improvement: Identify, implement, and document maintenance and reliability best practices that improve operational efficiency.
- Promote Safety and Compliance: Support compliance with applicable electrical codes, OSHA requirements, and plant safety standards while coordinating with employees, vendors, and contractors.
