Job title: Maintenance Supervisor
About the Role As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee on-site maintenance operations at a multifamily property in Cary, NC, supervise maintenance staff, and respond to resident requests to ensure property upkeep and resident satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Own your role at the property and provide excellent customer service to residents
- Complete resident and property service requests
- Respond to resident requests in a timely manner
- Participate in preventative maintenance including pool, exterior lighting, filter changes, and apartment inspections
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude and demeanor
- Clean work area, tools, and equipment; care for and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property/management company
- Support or step into supervisory responsibilities as needed
- Utilize and apply skills in HVAC, painting, plumbing, pool maintenance, grounds, appliances, drywall, minor carpentry, heat pumps, etc.
What We're Looking For
- Supervisory maintenance experience with apartment maintenance requirements (HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool, grounds)
- Valid driver’s license
- EPA or CPO certification a plus
- Ability to respond to resident requests
- Willingness to take on a supervisory role and lead maintenance tasks
Nice to Have
- EPA or CPO certification (enhances candidacy)
