Maintenance Supervisor
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for carrying out periodic activities of Total Productive Maintenance, ensuring operational continuity and driving initiatives for downtime reduction and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include: • Preventive and corrective maintenance of production tools such as templates, fixtures, dies, and material forming systems. • Cross-department collaboration in the design and manufacturing of tools. • Handling tools and materials within the scope of responsibility. • Collecting information for tool design and fabrication. • Executing assigned preventive and corrective tasks for templates, fixtures, and dies.
Requirements • Bachelor Degree • 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing environment • 2+ years’ experience at supervisor level • Knowledge of PM maintenance plan and execution • Knowledge of Electronic, Pneumatic and Hydraulic equipment • Knowledge in Vacuum Furnaces • Experienced driving a Total Preventive Maintenance System • Experience in procedures for Maintenance of Vacuum Furnaces
