About the Role A manufacturing maintenance leadership position focused on supervising and coordinating the maintenance of sewing machines to ensure safe, reliable and efficient production in the sewing area.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance of sewing machines in accordance with company standards and safety policies to ensure optimal, safe operation.
- Ensure optimal maintenance and timely replacement of sewing machine parts to minimize downtime.
- Lead maintenance activities in the sewing area, drive continuous improvement projects, and contribute to the PD 2026 strategy as a member.
- Serve as a key member of the AMC Group providing Technical Support; monitor technician response times, resolution of recurring failures, and startup readiness, especially during the first hour of production.
