About the Role Maintenance Superintendent leads daily maintenance operations for Air Separation and Liquid Hydrogen production facilities at East Chicago site, planning, prioritizing, scheduling, and directing maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient equipment performance. Coordinates with operations, engineering, contractors, procurement, and leadership to align maintenance priorities and drive long-term asset integrity. What You'll Do
- Lead daily maintenance operations for Air Separation and Liquid Hydrogen production facilities, planning, prioritizing, scheduling, and directing maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient equipment performance.
- Manage CMMS processes, maintenance backlog, and work execution workflow, including work order creation, prioritization, scheduling, tracking, and closure.
