About the Role Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Maintenance Staff member to support site facilities in Karmiel, Israel. This full-time onsite role focuses on maintaining equipment, facilities, safety, and reliability to keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues as needed.
- Respond to maintenance requests, prioritize tasks, and coordinate with operations.
- Document work performed and ensure compliance with safety standards.
What We're Looking For
- Prior maintenance or facilities experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Basic troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, and environmental systems.
- Ability to read and interpret manuals and schematics; strong safety awareness.
- Good communication, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.
Nice to Have
- Technical certification or training in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical disciplines.
- Experience with CMMS (computerized maintenance management systems).
