About the Role US Concerts is seeking a Maintenance Staff Member to keep our venues show-ready and create an incredible fan experience. This role is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the venue's business goals.
What You'll Do
- Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including by cleaning and disinfecting fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keeping all guest-facing areas free of trash, and restocking restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
- Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.
- Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program which could include implementing programs that conserve resources and prevent waste such as sorting waste and collecting recycling and educating our fans about our efforts.
- Partner with fellow staff at the end of shows to close the venue, which may include collecting recyclables from the lawn and/or reserved sections, and storing event equipment such as lawn chairs and barricades.
- Perform simple machinist duties.
- Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of production machines.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts.
