Maintenance Specialist (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS
- Planning & execution of Preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance and fault troubleshooting of Fully Automatic & Semi-Automatic Machine.
- Good knowledge of Electrical, hydraulic and Pneumatic based circuit including their troubleshooting.
- Proficient in Maintenance of PLC & Servo drives.
- Hands on experience to work on vision system based poka-yoke (Keyence and Cognex).
- Knowledge of implementation of poka-yoke with machine process and ensure proper working of existing poka-yoke.
- Breakdown troubleshooting, acknowledgement of Breakdown report, getting acceptance from Production and Quality.
- Analysis of MTTR, MTBF and availability of machines, prepare pareto chart for machines breakdown and find the rout cause through WHY-WHY analysis.
- Develop, establish and support concepts for autonomous maintenance within the location.
- Documentation works as per TS 16949:2009 & ISO 14001:2004 EMS system requirements.
- Maintaining records and tracking work orders, spare parts and maintenance history of equipment.
- Ensure safe working condition for machines.
- Updating and monitoring of Daily Work Management.
- Maintain Spare Parts inventory as per requirement min max stock level.
- Basic knowledge of Utility Machines.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- B.Tech/Diploma - Electronics/Electrical
- 05-07 Years of Experience.
