Job title: Maintenance - Repair Technician (Central Greece and Peloponnese)

About the Role Nilfisk is seeking two Maintenance – Repair Technicians to join a global leader in professional cleaning solutions. You will focus on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial and professional floor cleaning equipment— including high-pressure washers—at customer sites or company branches. The role emphasizes delivering excellent customer service, ensuring reliable equipment performance, supporting product demonstrations, and promoting maintenance solutions. The positions are based in Central Greece (preferably Larissa) and Peloponnese (preferably Patras) with close collaboration across departments.

What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot and repair professional and industrial floor cleaning equipment, including high-pressure washers, at customer sites or company branch facilities.
  • Promote maintenance contracts to customers.
  • Evaluate equipment, create and send technical-economic offers to customers and follow up.
  • Complete all required visit reports, timesheets, and other documents according to department procedures.
  • Conduct product demonstrations for end customers in collaboration with other departments.
  • Participate in and conduct customer training seminars.
  • Create sales leads during customer service visits.
  • Work closely with colleagues from other departments and communicate with customers on-site, following established safety and cleanliness procedures.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited technical school or institution.
  • Professional experience in a similar or related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems; ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
  • Proficiency with basic electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English, and to interpret safety regulations, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and business applications. Knowledge of ServiceMax is a plus.
