Job title: Maintenance (Plumber) Officer
Job Role & Duties:
- Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures and fittings.
- Diagnose and fix water supply, drainage and pipework issues.
- Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure proper functioning of pumps, water heaters and related equipment.
- Respond to emergency repair requests and resolve plumbing issues promptly.
- Keep records of maintenance activities, materials used and costs.
- Ensure a safe, clean and efficient work environment.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of OND / HND in Plumbing, Building Services or related field.
- At least 2 years relevant experience in a similar role (hotel, residential or commercial facility preferred).
- Technical knowledge of plumbing systems, pipes, fittings, and water systems.
- Ability to read and interpret simple technical drawings.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must be physically fit and willing to work flexible hours when needed.
- Certification in plumbing (added advantage).
Salary Range:
- ₦120,000 - ₦150,000 (Monthly)
