The ideal candidate with have previous experience planning, scheduling, forecasting, and coordinating activities that help ensure efficient day-to-day operations and workflow management.
- Coordinate and maintain ongoing schedules and workflows to support daily operations.
- Support preventative maintenance activities to help ensure equipment and systems remain operational.
- Review and assess maintenance needs to determine resource and staffing requirements.
- Manage the ordering and availability of materials, supplies, and equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain adequate stock to support operational needs.
