  • Develops detailed maintenance-day and shutdown/outage plans, including hour-by-hour schedules, labor coordination, contractor support, safety requirements, parts, tools, and materials readiness.
  • Coordinates with the storeroom, MRO, Procurement, vendors, and contractors to ensure critical parts and services are available at least two weeks before scheduled maintenance when practical.
  • Leads maintenance-day and outage coordination through a structured planning and scheduling process and adjusts plans as plant priorities and operating conditions change.
  • Assists in developing maintenance SOPs, standard job plans, and work instructions to improve equipment reliability, reduce unplanned downtime, and support safe, repeatable work execution.
  • Trains team members on JDE equipment maintenance and CMMS functionality and develops training documentation, data standards, and work management practices that support accurate maintenance records.
  • Supports preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance planning and contributes to reliability-centered maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement activities as applicable.
  • May assist with establishing, reviewing, and monitoring M&R budgets, purchase requirements, and maintenance cost controls in coordination with the maintenance storeroom attendant and plant leadership.
