Responsibilities
- Maintenance & Repairs: Fixing sinks, showers, toilets, and pipes in guest rooms and public areas.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conducting regular checks on plumbing fixtures, water heaters, and pumps to avoid breakdowns.
- Emergency Response: Promptly addressing plumbing failures (e.g., floods, burst pipes) to minimize disruption to hotel operations.
- Drain Cleaning: Unclogging kitchen and bathroom drains to ensure proper waste removal.
- Installation:Installing new pipes, plumbing fixtures, and equipment.
Operational Duties:

Inspections: Routinely inspecting plumbing systems for leaks, damage, and code compliance.

System Knowledge: Monitoring water pressure, water temperatures, and sewage systems.

Collaboration: Working with other maintenance staff to solve plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical issues.

Documentation: Keeping records of completed work orders, maintenance logs, and materials used.
