About the Role You will be a crucial part of our operations, ensuring production equipment and facilities are ready and available when our customers need them. You will perform mechanical and electrical maintenance across key equipment and systems to support safe, reliable production. What You'll Do
- Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance, repair, installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance on production equipment and facilities, including reactors, mills, mixers, HVAC, and general facilities.
- Follow plant preventive maintenance programs and complete work orders as assigned.
- Adhere to site standard operating procedures and safety standards.
- Conduct equipment root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep equipment available for production.
- Be prepared to work overtime as needed and in a chemical manufacturing site. What We're Looking For
- Working mechanical and electrical knowledge.
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
- Must be clean shaven to wear proper PPE.
- Ability to work in a chemical manufacturing site.
- Availability for evening shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm (shift differential may apply). Nice to Have
- Additional experience with chemical manufacturing environments.
- Safety and PPE compliance experience. Compensation & Benefits
- Starting pay: $33.40 per hour plus $0.80 shift differential for evening shift (effective $34.20 per hour for evening shift).
