Role and Activity
Safety
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of “Best Safety Practices”.
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
- Troubleshoot unsafe conditions and take appropriate levels of corrective action.
- Take and active role to ensure that human safety is never compromised.
- Utilize daily forklift safety checklist.
- Quality
- Demonstrate superior knowledge of all quality systems.
- Comply with the Good Manufacturing Practices.
- Complete and document all product quality checks (appearance, packaging etc…).
- Complete and document all food safety checks as required by the plant HACCP program.
- Complete and document all product quality checks as required by the plant MCP program.
- Actively participate in preventing and correcting potential quality related issues.
- Active participation in food safety investigations.
