Job title: Maintenance Mechanic
Schedule: 7:00am-4:30pm
Pay: $29.30-$42.25 based on experience

Required Skills
- Proven experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and repairs
- Ability to interpret diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, and manufacturer specifications
- Proficiency in repairing and maintaining machinery such as die cutters, web and sheet-fed presses, inserting machines, folders, conveyor systems, and bindery equipment
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring and testing instruments
- Ability to repair or reproduce parts using welders and machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, drill presses, and surface grinders
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience working specifically with bindery and press equipment
- Welding skills and experience operating machine shop tools
- Familiarity with automated conveyor and manufacturing systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in maintenance or manufacturing trades
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing setting, ideally with bindery or press equipment
Other Requirements:
- Must be available to work flexible shifts and respond to emergency repairs as needed
- Ability to troubleshoot complex machinery and work independently or as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and adherence to OSHA regulations
