About this role
About the Role The Maintenance Manager at OPmobility leads plant maintenance activities, ensures SHE compliance, and manages resources, budgets, and programs to optimize production performance. What You'll Do
- Ensure compliance with Corporate and Division SHE objectives and requirements.
- Allocate resources of labour and skills required to deliver the production planning programme.
- Set and manage the maintenance budget and examine departments' requirement for Capital Expenditure.
- Create and develop planned predictive, preventative and curative maintenance programmes, maintenance spares and workforce training programmes.
- Create a fully controlled maintenance stores system.
- Ensure that the quality of work is to the standard required by the company and respective regulation (i.e. electrical, compressed air, etc…)
- Obtain critical spares and specialist contractors when necessary.
