Job title: Maintenance Manager
About the Role Maintenance Manager at Nutreco is responsible for organizing, planning and coordinating all maintenance and repair activities (planned and unplanned), including preventive maintenance. The role leads CAPEX projects on existing equipment and production lines, including budget, planning and execution, and supervises a local team of 5 technicians and a works planner to bring structure and professionalization to the department.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor degree in engineering, food, feed or technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical management within a production environment.
- Experience with maintenance processes and CAPEX projects.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
