This role ensures safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations by maintaining production equipment, physical plant, utilities, and grounds in compliance with all regulatory and company standards. The Maintenance Manager leads and develops a team of technicians, supervisors, planner/scheduler, and parts clerk and drives a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and safety throughout the maintenance function.
