Job title: Maintenance Manager
About the Role Lead and manage the Maintenance organization at the plant, ensuring delivery of planned, preventive and predictive maintenance in line with defined objectives and KPIs. Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, governance adherence and team development, while ensuring effective maintenance of production equipment, facilities and safety-critical systems.
What You'll Do
- Manage and supervise the Maintenance organization according to defined objectives and KPIs.
- Identify potential improvements in your area of responsibility, offer consulting and contribute to service delivery enhancements.
- Ensure implementation of standards, governance and process execution.
- Lead direct reports; plan regular team activities to cover all activity stages and respond to all requests received.
- Define team objectives, tasks and responsibilities; provide clear instructions, monitoring and evaluation of results.
- Identify training and development needs of direct reports; support subordinates' professional development and applying newly acquired knowledge.
- Propose and apply measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth.
- Assume functional accountability for Maintenance at plant level; ensure implementation of maintenance processes and systems including preventive, predictive and unplanned maintenance for production equipment, facility equipment and tools.
- Ensure maintenance of utilities (cooling, heating, electricity, water, compressed air, steam, lighting) as well as firefighting and fire prevention equipment; security camera systems; installation and movement of equipment and re-qualification of equipment and tools.
- Implement LTPM; monitor, analyse and improve process performance.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in a technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Maintenance.
- Knowledge in equipment maintenance and repair, preventive/predictive maintenance, machine operations and tools, performance improvement, troubleshooting and planning, MES and reporting tools.
