About the Role Join Lear Corporation Czech s.r.o. as a maintenance professional overseeing maintenance activities for a seating systems manufacturing facility. You will lead a team of 9 technicians and ensure smooth operation of all production and site equipment in a multinational automotive environment. What You'll Do
- Řízení a organizace činnosti údržby (9 techniků údržby)
- Zabezpečení plynulé funkce všech výrobních i ostatních zařízení v areálu závodu
- Tvorba a aktualizace plánů preventivní a prediktivní údržby
- Organizace plánovaných odstávek a oprav
- Řízení operativních zásahů při poruchách a haváriích
- Zajištění evidence náhradních dílů
- Zajištění revizí, inspekcí a zkoušek dle platné legislativy
- Spolupráce na facility managementu
- Programování PLC – v případě zájmu zajistíme školení What We're Looking For
- Min. vzdělání SŠ/VŠ – elektrotechnický obor
