Maintenance Manager

About the Role This role leads the formation of a new maintenance team and drives the development of a comprehensive maintenance system to maximize equipment uptime across stamping, molding, and plating operations. It also coordinates cross-functional collaboration and manages spare parts and maintenance cost. What You'll Do

• Lead the formation of the new maintenance team, defining organizational structure, job roles, and performance evaluation.
• Manage and coordinate maintenance employees across functional teams (Stamping, Molding, Plating), ensuring optimal resource allocation and minimal equipment downtime.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive maintenance plan and TPM program.
• Establish and optimize a TPM-based maintenance system with annual/monthly/weekly/daily plans.
• Create rapid response mechanisms for equipment faults and develop standard procedures to reduce downtime.
• Lead emergency repair efforts and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Maintain close communication with Molding, Stamping and Plating production to address operational needs.
• Participate in new equipment selection, installation, commissioning, and provide input from a maintenance perspective.
• Drive equipment modification and optimization projects to improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
• Establish a safety stock system for spare parts and control maintenance costs. What We're Looking For
• Bachelor degree in mechatronics engineering, electrical automation, mechanical design & manufacturing.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in equipment maintenance management; at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong electrical and control capability; familiar with fixture design.
• Leadership and team management abilities; excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with ability to rapidly diagnose faults and formulate repair strategies.
• Proficient in report writing and English. Nice to Have
• Experience in equipment smart retrofit or automation upgrade.
• Familiarity with equipment maintenance requirements under ISO9001 / IAFT16949. Compensation & Benefits
