The Maintenance Leader position is part of our Exterior & Lighting Business Group in Lozorno, Slovakia.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coordinate and plan the work of the maintenance team.
- Ensure the trouble-free operation of machines, equipment and workstations in both JIT and NON-JIT production.
- Plan, organize and control preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure the proper execution of preventive maintenance, including records, documentation and maintenance plan updates.
- Troubleshoot breakdowns and technical issues, support shift maintenance technicians and cooperate closely with production.
- Be responsible for ordering and maintaining stock of spare parts and materials in cooperation with the storekeeper.
- Communicate and cooperate with external suppliers and contractors on equipment repairs, modifications and maintenance.
- Actively participate in the validation of new machines and workstations and cooperate on project specifications.
- Support the preparation of the maintenance department budget.
- Plan and coordinate production shutdowns, including preparation of schedules, work plans and their implementation.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and equipment records.
- Monitor breakdowns, downtime and other maintenance indicators and regularly evaluate their performance.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and internal procedures in accordance with IATF requirements.
Requirements
- Electrical qualification §23 up to 1000 V – mandatory.
- Education in electrical engineering, automation or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or a technical field.
- Experience in team leadership or coordination.
- Knowledge of PLC systems or FANUC robots is an advantage.
- English language skills at B1/B2 level.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Outlook and SAP.
- Driving licence – category B.
- Independence, responsibility, reliability and strong organizational and communication skills.
- Flexibility and the ability to effectively solve technical problems.
