About the Role
Maintenance Lead at Hershey's Edgerton, KS facility. This hourly role reports to the Maintenance Manager and ensures maintenance tasks align with production timelines, assists with equipment assembly, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting, and manages scheduled and unscheduled work orders. The shift is Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with flexibility for additional shifts, weekends, overtime, and holidays.
What You'll Do
- Oversee maintenance and coordinate with production in the absence of Manager or Supervisor.
- Train and monitor all maintenance employees on shift to ensure proper production, GMPs and Safety guidelines.
- Complete special projects as assigned with efficiency and accuracy, and perform essential duties and responsibilities.
- Make decisions and react quickly to problems.
