Maintenance - iThink Financial Amphitheatre

About the Role Live Nation is seeking a Maintenance professional to support the iThink Financial Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach. The role is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining equipment in line with safety and production maintenance processes to help meet the venue’s business goals. What You'll Do

• Keep the venue safe and clean at all times, including cleaning and disinfecting fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors and walls of restrooms, keeping guest-facing areas trash-free, and restocking restroom supplies as needed.
• Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and perform scheduled maintenance during machine service.
• Show CARE by participating in the venue's sustainability program, including waste sorting, recycling collection, and educating fans about sustainability efforts.
• Partner with staff after events to close the venue, including collecting recyclables and properly storing event equipment such as lawn chairs and barricades.
• Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
• Apply mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic skills to troubleshoot and repair production machines.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and facilities. What We're Looking For
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems; ability to troubleshoot and repair production machines.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Strong diagnostic skills to diagnose problems, replace parts, test and adjust.
• Proactive in safety and cleanliness; ability to work in a live events environment.
• Willingness to participate in sustainability programs and advocate for waste reduction and recycling.
• Flexibility to perform cleaning duties and assist with other tasks as needed.
