Are you a gun maintenance fitter looking for a role where your skills are actually used?
We're not after someone to just turn wrenches and go home. Timbertruss runs advanced automated manufacturing — CNC machinery, industrial robots, conveyors — and we need a sharp, experienced fitter who wants real project work, continuous improvement, and a team that knows what they're doing.

The Role
Permanent position in a large maintenance team (fitters, electricians, planner & manager) across one of our three shifts (day, afternoon and night). You'll handle breakdowns, preventative maintenance, and hands-on improvement projects on sophisticated automated equipment.
You'll need:
- Cert III – Mechanical Trade (C10 Fitter)
- Hydraulic & pneumatic experience
- Strong fault-finding skills
- Manufacturing maintenance background
Highly regarded:
- Welding & fabrication capability
- CMMS experience (we use MEX)
- Continuous improvement mindset
