Manage standards
Create and update maintenance work instructions for its perimeter, using e-WorkStation & PM+.
Prepare and implement preventive maintenance plans, including standard times for each task; get them up-to-date in PM+.
Train and coach the production teams in the proper apply of preventive maintenance tasks.
