What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and optimize Preventive Maintenance (PM) programs and schedules.
- Monitor PM compliance and ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.
- Manage critical spare parts inventory, stock levels, and Replenishment.
- Analyze equipment failures and support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities.
- Track and report maintenance KPIs including Breakdown %, PM Compliance, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs.
- Support shutdown planning and major maintenance activities.
- Develop maintenance standards, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce losses.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, SHE, and Engineering teams to improve asset performance.
What You Need to Succeed
Experiences & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within FMCG or manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and spare parts management.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with CMMS is preferred.
- Utilities systems knowledge (Steam, Compressed Air, Refrigeration, Water -Treatment, etc.) is a plus. Key Competencies
