Job title: Maintenance Engineer - OT Security
About the Role Joining Treta Pak as a Maintenance Engineer with OT security responsibilities. You will apply maintenance knowledge to deliver results within your specialist area, collaborate with line managers to hit overall process and factory KPIs, and contribute to secure, reliable operations across the plant.
What You'll Do
- Follow maintenance procedures, diagnose machine BD failures, and perform root-cause analysis (SEA) to fix issues
- Ensure TBM is fully implemented and updated in time
- Implement CBM using vibration, temperature, current, and SPC monitoring
- Develop high-confidence corrective maintenance (CML) solutions and introduce new technologies for reliability/productivity/quality improvement
- Drive KPI improvements: reduce breakdowns, shorten repair times, and ensure TBM adherence
- Help reduce equipment short-stop problems and product quality defects
- Participate in projects per the EM pillar project management methodology and support WCM activities
- Contribute to factory WCM pillars and team initiatives
- Continuously grow technical competence and share knowledge with technicians and engineers
- Ensure safety compliance and manage suppliers’ safety operations
- Spare parts management: control new parts usage, repair/scrap old parts, and initiate new parts purchases
- As Machine Network Security Super User, coordinate with central OT security team and ensure factory OT network complies with global OT security policies; supervise other OT security super users and complete compliance activities (OS and software upgrades, antivirus health, backups)
- Develop and enforce OT security policies for new systems
- Perform other duties assigned by the line manager
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or higher in mechanical and electrical engineering
- 5+ years experience in electrical and mechanical roles on industrial shop floors
- Familiarity with Siemens PLCs, motors, servo drivers, and inverters
- Experience repairing bearings, gearboxes, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic devices
- WCM/TPM experience preferred
- Fluent English (reading and speaking)
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching
- Basic networking security knowledge (firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS)
- Windows Server and Linux basics
- Understanding of ICS/SCADA/DCS/PLC systems
- Strong morale and teamwork
