About the Role This role focuses on diagnosing and repairing production equipment to ensure stable operation, implementing TPM practices, and driving continuous improvement. You will lead maintenance activities, collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams, and manage spare parts and equipment modifications. What You'll Do
- Daily diagnose and repair equipment faults promptly to ensure production equipment stable operation
- Drive TPM in factory; PM system maintain and improve preventive maintenance by regular data analysis
- Weekly/monthly report maintenance related key issues
- Continuous improvement on the equipment (Technical, quality and economical) to minimizing downtime
- Manage and control cost of spare part, maintain spare part list for key/critical equipment
- Assist/lead in equipment modification, upgrades, and installation/commissioning of new equipment
