Maintenance Engineer

About the Role This role focuses on diagnosing and repairing production equipment to ensure stable operation, implementing TPM practices, and driving continuous improvement. You will lead maintenance activities, collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams, and manage spare parts and equipment modifications. What You'll Do

• Daily diagnose and repair equipment faults promptly to ensure production equipment stable operation
• Drive TPM in factory; PM system maintain and improve preventive maintenance by regular data analysis
• Weekly/monthly report maintenance related key issues
• Continuous improvement on the equipment (Technical, quality and economical) to minimizing downtime
• Manage and control cost of spare part, maintain spare part list for key/critical equipment
• Assist/lead in equipment modification, upgrades, and installation/commissioning of new equipment
• Lead and coach maintenance technicians/operators to handle daily work
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering departments to optimize equipment performance What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an equipment, maintenance, or automation engineer.
• Strong practical skills, analytical thinking, and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Capable of independently diagnosing and repairing equipment issues, proficient with standard maintenance tools.
• Experience with TPM and predictive maintenance methodologies.
• Familiarity with Siemens PLCs, sensors, servo systems, robots, and related technologies.
• Preferred experience in digitalization and SCADA systems (such as WinCC, C#, OPC, or IoT).
• Strong safety awareness and knowledge of applicable safety regulations and standards.
• Demonstrates initiative, systematic working methods, and goal-oriented focus.
• Open-minded with excellent communication and teamwork skills. Nice to Have
