Job Summary
As a Maintenance Electrician, you will work independently and with other plant personnel to troubleshoot and repair production and facilities equipment. Also, you will perform routine and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure maximum equipment efficiency and effectiveness.
Essential Functions Work safely and maintain a safe work environment, follow all plant and department specific safety rules, procedures and policies. Problem solves equipment breakdowns and perform necessary repairs to maintain quality and productivity. Instruct operators in proper care and maintenance of machines. Report irregularities to department supervisor and maintenance leadership. Assist in the installation of new equipment. Work with outside contractors to install or modify equipment. Provide skilled services to fabricate or modify machinery.
