Maintenance Digitization & AI Enablement Analyst (Site Lead)

About the Role The Maintenance Digitization & AI Enablement Analyst (Site Lead) modernizes how maintenance work is performed by enabling the effective use of digital tools, mobile technology, and AI-supported troubleshooting. This role bridges hands-on maintenance expertise with emerging digital capabilities, and will serve as the site expert and advocate for digital maintenance practices to drive uptime and maintenance effectiveness. The position supports scaling digital maintenance across North American manufacturing sites, with potential for global expansion starting in EMEA. What You'll Do

• Digital & Technology Enablement: Support deployment, setup, and day-to-day use of handheld and tablet devices for maintenance technicians.
• AI & Digital Tool Adoption: Coach technicians on leveraging AI tools to diagnose issues, reduce trial-and-error, and complete work orders more efficiently.
• On-site Expert: Serve as the primary on-site expert for maintenance digital tools, working closely with ERA, IT, and Maintenance Leadership.
• Training, Coaching & Change Leadership: Provide hands-on, peer-to-peer training; develop simple job aids and best-practice examples; act as a change champion.
• Adoption, Compliance & Performance: Monitor adoption of tablets, CMMS workflows, and AI tools; partner with leadership to address gaps; track leading indicators such as tool utilization, work order quality, and troubleshooting cycle time.
• Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing: Provide structured feedback to ERA and enterprise teams on tool performance; capture lessons learned and share use cases; contribute to regional or enterprise forums. What We're Looking For
• Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or trade school training strongly preferred. 3–7 years of hands-on maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot equipment and understand end-to-end maintenance processes.
• Technical & Digital Skills: Experience using CMMS systems and executing digital work orders. Strong comfort with tablets, mobile devices, and basic digital applications. Curiosity and aptitude for learning new technologies, including AI-enabled tools and digital workflows.
• Leadership & Professional Capabilities: Proven peer leadership with the ability to influence without formal authority. Strong communication skills—able to translate technical concepts into practical guidance for technicians. Continuous improvement mindset with a bias toward practical, scalable solutions. Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable operating in a newly evolving role. Nice to Have
• Technical certification or trade school training strongly preferred.
• Experience enabling digital/mobile solutions in a manufacturing environment; ability to collaborate with ERA, IT, and maintenance leadership.
