Job title: Maintenance Coordinator
About the Role The purpose of this position is to assist the business to ensure best management practices are followed in all areas of responsibility, meeting key performance criteria and service delivery objectives while promoting customer-oriented service in line with the company's strategic vision. This role supports the supervisor/manager to optimize maintenance operations and deliver value to customers.
What You'll Do
- Inspect maintenance machines and ensure that company quality and productivity standards are achieved within the assigned territory.
- Drive chargeable work on a daily basis.
- Generate and cost chargeable quotations.
- Investigate rework and machine service history.
- Identify possible areas of risk and report site or application irregularities.
- Interact with customers to increase satisfaction levels.
- Reduce current costs on maintenance provision.
- Drive quality in the Maintenance Department.
- Drive customer service excellence by building and developing strong, loyal relationships with internal and external customers, and ensuring timely feedback and CSI targets are met.
