About the Role Chemours is seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Manager to join our Belle, WV Operations team. The role is responsible for the site’s maintenance and reliability performance, governance, strategy alignment and delivery of asset care results, reporting to the Plant Manager. The position leads maintenance execution, planning, stores, contract administration, reliability, mechanical integrity and site services to enable a safe, compliant and productive operation.

What You'll Do

• Accountable for site maintenance and reliability performance outcomes, including KPIs, budget adherence, and long-term strategy delivery
• Establish and govern end-to-end Work Management Process (WMP), standardizing from work identification through execution and closeout
• Define and enforce maintenance prioritization, performance expectations and execution discipline
• Lead development and alignment of maintenance and reliability strategies (PM/PdM optimization, reliability programs, turnaround planning)
• Integrate maintenance strategy with operations priorities, capital planning and asset lifecycle decisions
• Drive continuous improvement and elimination of chronic equipment issues using reliability tools (RCM, RCFA, analytics)
• Ensure compliance with process safety, mechanical integrity and regulatory requirements
• Partner with Operations and MT leadership to ensure effective execution alignment and production support
• Develop a strong cost management structure for Maintenance with opportunities to reduce cost
• Develop direct reports through training, task teams and collaborative problem solving
• Act as primary interface with all contracted work in the area (cost and capital work)
• Develop spare parts strategy to optimize production capacity and working capital
• Ensure CMMS is integrated into Management of Change processes and used in reliability and maintenance work management
• Plan and execute long-term maintenance outages/turnarounds with Operations to meet budget, scope and schedule
• Represent the Belle site on corporate reliability/maintenance networks to influence corporate best practices
• Support Organizational Health within the reliability and maintenance team
• This day-based role may require nights/weekends to support production

What We're Looking For

• At least 10 years’ experience in manufacturing leading maintenance and reliability programs and managing direct reports or Military equivalent
• Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM), including safe management of design changes, PHAs and Mechanical Integrity programs
• Strong technical, analytical, team-building and organizational change leadership skills; ability to define current state and a plan for future improvements
• Strong interpersonal and influence management skills

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in project leadership/management and continuous improvement (Six Sigma or Lean)
• Professional Reliability Certification (CRE, CRP, CRL, CMRP, RE)
• SAP-PM, SAP-MM and Maintenance Work Management knowledge
• High Hazard Process manufacturing experience
• Familiar with API 510/570/653
