Location: Onsite - Woonsocket, RI
Shift: First or Second Shift
Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Mail Programmer to support data preparation, file processing, mail merge operations, and production workflow automation. This role plays a critical part in preparing customer data and print files for high-volume mail production.
The ideal candidate will combine data processing expertise with experience supporting variable data printing and mailing workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and prepare customer files for production
- Perform mail merges and variable data processing
- Cleanse and validate mailing address data
- Utilize NCOA and postal compliance tools
- Convert customer-supplied files into production-ready formats
