About the Role

Join the Maid Brigade of Northwest Chicago Suburbs team as a Housekeeper and take pride in making homes shine! We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who love creating clean, comfortable spaces for our valued clients in the Rolling Meadows, IL area.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough residential cleaning services including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and common living areas to professional standards
• Follow established cleaning checklists and Maid Brigade systems to ensure consistent, high-quality results
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members on the job site
• Manage time effectively to complete cleaning assignments within scheduled timeframes
• Report any damages, safety concerns, or supply needs to supervisors promptly

Requirements

• Prior housekeeping, maid, or residential/commercial cleaning experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Northwest Chicago Suburbs area
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy with a professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a cleaning team
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
