Machinist
About this role
The Machinist is to perform precision machining tasks, including CNC program adjustments, machine setup and operation, and troubleshooting, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and maintain quality standards. This position reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor. This role is onsite and is based in Menomonee Falls, WI.
Modify and fine-tune CNC programs to maintain efficiency and accuracy in alignment with engineering specifications. Perform setups and operate CNC and manual machines, including multi-axis systems, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime. Assist in diagnosing and resolving machining and equipment issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts aimed at reducing cycle times, improving quality, and supporting safety initiatives.
