Job title: Machining Process Operator
About the Role The Machining Process Operator is responsible for operating the assigned machining station to meet quality and production targets while pursuing continuous improvement. Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO/IATF-16949:2016 standards is referenced in this role.
What You'll Do
- Comply with safety guidelines and standards in your work area and follow related procedures.
- Maintain adherence to work schedules and ensure discipline in entrances, dining areas, bathrooms, work groups, and exits.
- Carry out procedures outlined in operation and inspection sheets daily.
- Complete standardized work instructions, control plans, and required documentation and records.
- Use the escalation plan to alert of equipment or product quality issues to minimize production stoppages.
- Support the company’s Equal Opportunity Employer policy and work collaboratively with the team.
What We're Looking For
- Knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IATF-16949:2016 standards.
