Job title: Machining Operator
About the Role The role involves operating multi-axis dedicated machines according to machining process requirements to produce qualified products. You will also maintain 6S on the shop floor, follow supervisor assignments, report work progress, and complete tasks with quality and on time.
What You'll Do
- Operate multi-axis dedicated machines according to process specifications to produce qualified products.
- Maintain 6S on the production floor; keep the workshop tidy.
- Follow supervisor's directives; report work status and offer suggestions.
- Ensure tasks are completed on time with quality and quantity targets.
- Participate in daily tasks such as meeting daily output, maintaining clean workspace, providing constructive suggestions, and performing routine equipment maintenance.
What We're Looking For
- Education: junior high school or above.
- Experience: 2+ years in mechanical manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge & Skills: proficiency with measuring tools; able to read machining drawings.
- Personal qualities: goal-oriented, with strong commitment to completing tasks; willing to learn and improve; responsible, hardworking, able to endure; able to work shifts.
